Key Roles

CVD Process Engineering and Equipment Engineering

1. Yield Improvement and quality improvement
2. Process improvement for Cost reduction and/or Cycle time reduction
3. Process robustness for stable production
4. Equipment Uptime improvement
5. Equipment capability improvement, such as throughput, wider range for various processes
6. Equipment maintenance cost improvement

Various projects management such as capacity expansion, new technology development, line yield improvement. Support factory strategy development for future growth and propose to stakeholders as one of engineer.

Responsibilities

• Beat department KPI goals to contribute factory KPI goals achievement.
• Deliver the section commitment (such as schedule and performance) to gain stakeholders’ royalty.
• Report projects and/or task progress to stakeholders regularly
• Develop organization and talent to enhance CVD engineering team’s capabilities.
• Develop good relationships with stakeholders and internal/external peers.

Requirement

• Experience in the semiconductor industry, especially CVD process engineering for over 10years.
• Experience of FILM process and/or equipment engineering (or equivalent role)
• Business English skill (TOEIC 490)
• University degree or above
• Preferred experience at foreign company
• Leadership skills
