Job Description

• Manage and coordinate multiple NPI-related projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution from concept through volume production.
• Serve as the central interface between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external stakeholders.

• Lead and manage NPI project execution across NPD, EFK T10 transfer, and engineering builds to ensure on‑time, on‑target delivery.
• Own project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination to drive alignment and timely issue resolution.
• Provide EBR planning, project visibility, and management reporting, supporting phase‑gate readiness and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical, or related).
• Experience in NPI, manufacturing, or semiconductor/electronics environment is preferred.
• Strong project management skills (schedule, risk, and stakeholder management).
• Familiar with NPD lifecycle, technology transfer, and manufacturing ramp-up.
• Good understanding of EBR/MES concepts is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
