Egypt Education Platform is currently in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher - National Curriculum - Primary Stage to join our dynamic team at Madinaty Integrated Language School This role provides an exciting opportunity for educators who are passionate about shaping young learners' foundations in English Language and Literature.

Job Location: Madinaty, New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Egyptian National Curriculum for Primary Stage students, promoting the development of core English language skills.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student curiosity, independence, and collaborative learning.
• Utilize various teaching methodologies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and enhance students' language comprehension and communication skills.
• Regularly assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and informal evaluations, providing timely feedback and support to foster academic growth.
• Build positive relationships with students and encourage their active participation in classroom discussions and activities.
• Work closely with parents and caregivers to communicate student progress and involve them in the learning process.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the curriculum with interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in teaching and curriculum development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a relevant field.
• Experience teaching English to Primary Stage students is required.
• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience, particularly with the National Curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of English language, with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Creative and adaptable teaching methodologies that promote active learning and student engagement.
• Commitment to professional growth and willingness to contribute to the school's community.
