We are on the lookout for an English Teacher to join our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assess students' English language proficiency and learning needs through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Develop customized lesson plans that align with individual student goals and learning styles.
• Teach various aspects of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and literature analysis.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and confidence.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with students regarding progress, challenges, and strategies for success.
• Stay updated on best practices in English education and incorporate new techniques into tutoring sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an English Tutor or English Teacher, preferably with different groups and skill levels.
• Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
• Familiarity with different curricula and standardized tests (e.g., SAT, ACT, TOEFL) is a plus.
