As a Teacher, you will be expected to:

  Teach confidently across IGCSE and IAL programmes and support learning across different year groups
• 
  Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
• 
  Use a range of teaching strategies to support different learning styles and abilities
• 
  Show flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to continually develop professionally
• 
  Work collaboratively within the department and contribute to shared planning and resource development
• 
  Keep up to date with global educational developments and best practice in English education

Requirements

• 
  Qualified teacher with Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant subject disciplines, plus PGDE/PGCE/B.Ed. qualification
• 
  Be proficient in written and spoken English
• 
  Applicants should be registered teachers with the Hong Kong Education Bureau.
• 
  The ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with teachers and other relevant professionals, parents and students;
• 
  An understanding of current developments in teaching;
• 
  Experience of a range of assessment strategies for identifying students’ needs and supporting learning;
• 
  A commitment to pastoral care within the school;
• 
  A commitment to developing students’ skills through extra-curricular opportunities.
