  Have the confidence to teach a range of courses across year groups within the team.
• 
  Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and understanding relating to relevant aspects of design disciplines, including digital processes;
• 
  Have an open minded and flexible approach to teaching and learning, showing a desire to develop professional knowledge and skills;
• 
  Have the ability to work as part of a team and the willingness to help develop new resources within the Faculty;
• 
  Have an awareness of current educational developments in this area in the education worldwide.

Requirements

• 
  Qualified teacher with Masters Degree in Education / relevant subject disciplines
• 
  Be proficient in written and spoken English
• 
  The ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with teachers and other relevant professionals, parents and students;
• 
  An understanding of current developments in teaching;
• 
  Experience of a range of assessment strategies for identifying students’ needs and supporting learning;
• 
  A commitment to pastoral care within the school;
• 
  A commitment to developing students’ skills through extra-curricular opportunities.
