  Schedule posts and actively monitor social media channels to engage with our audience.

  Continuously learn and adapt to new trends and technologies in eCommerce and content writing.

  Craft clear, concise, and informative responses to customer questions related to our ecommerce products and services.

Qualifications:

• 
  Proficiency in written and spoken English with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.

• 
  Basic understanding of ecommerce concepts and trends.

• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 
  The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• 
  A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

  Experience with social media platforms (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a related field (freshers welcome!).
