Are you a hairdresser, colourist or experienced salon professional ready to take your expertise beyond the salon? Join an international team in Athens and use your professional knowledge of hair care and colour to help customers and salon professionals find the right products and solutions.

We are looking for English-speaking Professional Hair Care & Colour Advisors to support consumers and salon professionals in the US market.

In this role, you will provide specialised guidance on professional hair care and hair colour products, helping customers understand product selection, application and usage. You will use your practical salon experience and technical knowledge to deliver reliable advice and a high-quality customer experience.

This is an opportunity for experienced hair professionals who would like to transition into a customer advisory role while continuing to use their expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, chat to address product-related concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Provide specialised advice on professional hair care and hair colour products.
• Assist consumers and salon professionals with product-related enquiries.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and desired results.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high service quality standards.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and a positive brand experience.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency, with C1 level or above recommended.
• A cosmetology licence (which does not need to be currently active) and proven salon experience involving practical hair colour work.
• At least 2 years of relevant practical hair colour experience.
• Strong knowledge of professional hair care and hair colour products.
• Ability to explain technical product information clearly and confidently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
