[About the Role] As our Content & Culture Specialist, you will be the "Cultural Ambassador" for our project in the Western market. Beyond translating content, you will provide deep market insights and cultural guidance from a native perspective. Your mission is to ensure our games possess strong competitiveness and brand resonance within the native English-speaking community.
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Authentic Transcreation: Translate and refine in-game text, UI, and marketing materials. Ensure all expressions align with American linguistic habits and player preferences.
2. Cultural Insights & Advisory: Research North American trends and customs. Act as a "Cultural Consultant" in strategy discussions to mitigate cultural risks and ensure relevance.
3. Brand Engagement & Reputation: Optimize communication across all channels and analyze player feedback to maintain the brand’s overseas reputation and foster player relationships.
4. Language Quality Assurance (LQA): Conduct in-game linguistic testing and formatting checks to ensure all live content meets premium localization standards.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Assist R&D and operations teams in optimizing design schemes to match the aesthetics and psychological expectations of the target market.
[Qualifications]
1. Native Fluency: Native English speaker with exceptional Mandarin Chinese skills. Proven ability in high-quality bilingual conversion and creative writing.
