In this role, you will provide high-quality player support for assigned game studios, ensuring that users receive fast, accurate, and helpful solutions to their issues while maintaining a positive gaming experience.

• Handle customer inquiries related to account access, technical issues, payments, and gameplay support
• Troubleshoot and resolve player issues using internal tools, knowledge bases, and training resources

• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a gaming enthusiast with strong English communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.

• C1-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Passion for video games and strong knowledge of gaming culture
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a quiet workspace
• Basic technical setup meeting hardware and connectivity requirements (PC, internet speed, OS, RAM, GPU, etc.)
• Comfortable using digital tools, ticketing systems, and remote communication platforms
• Fast learner with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to maintain focus and performance in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
