We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented English Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Hurghada. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and productivity
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Availability to work on a full-time basis, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to work in shifts, as per business requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus
