We’re looking for full-time Customer Service Agents (40 hours per week) to join our Support team in Tirana, Albania.

What you’ll be doing

• Communicate with customers, restaurant partners, and riders via chat and phone, using Wolt’s tone of voice while adapting your communication style to each situation and audience.
• Help ensure deliveries run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a great overall experience for everyone involved.
• Support the continued development of our Support function by working closely with the Customer Support team and other teams across Wolt to improve processes and ways of working.

Our humble expectations

• Excellent English (C1) and Albanian skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, with an empathetic and customer-focused approach, as well as a strong team-player mindset.
• You’re a quick learner, comfortable multitasking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• You’re available to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as our Support team operates seven days a week.
• You’re based in Tirana.
