Operational Cadence & Governance

  • Establish and run key operational cadences (planning cycles, KPI reviews, retrospectives)
  • Align Engineering and Product rhythms for better execution and visibility
  • Support quarterly and annual planning processes
  • Introduce lightweight governance to ensure consistency without slowing teams down

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to align on priorities and execution models
  • Resolve ambiguity in roles, responsibilities, and workflows
  • Drive clarity in how workflows across teams and functions

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify execution friction and systemic inefficiencies
  • Iterate on processes based on team feedback and performance data
  • Work closely with the Engineering Systems & Insights Lead to align process with metrics
  • Ensure processes evolve with organizational maturity

  • Clear, documented, and adopted engineering ways of working
  • Consistent planning and execution processes across teams
  • Reduced ambiguity in roles, responsibilities, and workflows
  • Improved delivery predictability and team alignment
  • High adoption of playbooks and operational standards across engineering

Required Experience

  • 6–10 years in Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, or similar roles
  • Experience building or scaling engineering processes and operating models
  • Experience working directly with Engineering and Product leadership
  • Strong documentation and systems thinking capability
  • Proven ability to drive change and adoption without formal authority

Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or complex product environments
