Opto-Electrical Components packaging process development and optimization
What You Will Do
1.
Based on the product design requirement from PM or PDE, define new process spec and document them.
2.
Working with mechanical engineer to develop the tooling, fixture based on new process requirement.
3.
If needed, develop new process for prototype engineer samples building.
4.
Working with ME to develop the new process on automation equipment for volume production.
5.
Lead the process design validation and improvement in Alpha to Beta phase.
6.
Working out process engineering spec documents to guidance ME for WOI writing.
