Opportunity Overview

The intern will work closely with Field Service Engineers and Technical Leads to:

Technical & Engineering Support

• Support creation and improvement of maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for electrical, electronic, mechanical, and mechatronic systems
• Analyze common maintenance issues and translate field experience into clear technical documentation
• Assist in converting troubleshooting logic into step‑by‑step guides, flowcharts, or decision trees

AI Application & Documentation Enhancement

• Apply AI tools (e.g., AI‑assisted writing, classification, summarization) to:

• • Improve clarity and consistency of technical documents
  • Reduce dependency on individual technical experience
  • Enable knowledge reuse and faster troubleshooting

• Support development of AI‑assisted knowledge base content for maintenance teams

Document Control & Standardization

• Create documents using company standard templates
• Manage document numbering, revision control, and version history
• Ensure documents follow standard naming conventions and formatting
• Support uploading, updating, and organizing documents in SharePoint

Continuous Improvement

• Identify documentation gaps and improvement opportunities
• Support knowledge transfer from senior engineers to standardized documents
• Assist in continuous improvement projects related to maintenance efficiency and quality

All About You

Currently studying or recently graduated in one of the following fields:

• Electrical Engineering
• Electronic Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Information Technology (IT)
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• or other related engineering or technical disciplines

Background or coursework related to programming, automation, data handling, or digital systems is considered an advantage, especially when applied to engineering documentation, troubleshooting systems, or AI‑assisted applications.

Technical Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of:
  • Electrical and electronic systems
  • Mechanical components and assemblies
  • Industrial equipment or maintenance concepts
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, or manuals
