Job Description

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose pneumatic & hydraulic test equipment
  • Calibrate and repair pneumatic & hydraulic test equipment
  • Assist operators with set-up of test equipment as needed
  • Build and repair test stand masters
  • Tear down and analysis of test stand failures
  • Review processes on an on-going basis for safety, quality, and production efficiency
  • Identify pneumatic & hydraulic leaks and repair
  • Support assembly manufacturing with troubleshooting and guiding maintenance staff as needed
  • Learn current Vision Systems and Industrial Lighting to help in troubleshooting
  • Assist Manufacturing Engineers in the Qualification of new test equipment

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience with industrial controls and measurement devices (i.e. pressure transducers, LVDTs and load cells)
  • 1-3 years industrial experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent troubleshooting skill and electrical safety knowledge
  • Proactive mindset with strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills
  • Must be able to relate and get along with all levels of the organization

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Manufacturing Engineering
  • Hydraulic and Pneumatic troubleshooting experiences
  • Industrial Vision System Practical Hands-On Experience
  • Exposure to manufacturing robots
