As an Engineering Technician, you will provide support to the RECODE (Real Time Combat Systems Open Data Enablers) Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Team who are responsible for the provision of services to the Royal Navy’s In-Service Platforms. You will be responsible for the daily movement of hardware, both internally and externally, maintaining asset management records both of stores and in-service platforms. There will be exposure to working on-board ships to assist with platform installations, de-stores and to complete equipment audits.

The RECODE ILS Team:
The RECODE (Real Time Combat Systems Open Data Enablers) team are responsible for maintaining high levels of combat system equipment availability across multiple deployed platform classes, including the Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carriers and Type 45 Destroyers. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, critical in providing in-service support to operational platforms.
