The Role:
Our site in BurnetisseekingaEngineering TechnicianIIpositioninreceivingto join our team.
In thisroleyou wouldbe responsibleforstarting,monitoring, and troubleshooting purification systems.Additionally, the technician will perform decontamination, sampling, filling,and inspecting products. This role will be part of a team that strives to ensure our products meetthe highest standards of safety and quality while meeting the timeliness of ourcustomer’sdesireFurthermore, the technician will work cross-functionally
Shift schedule isa3-2-2-3 on day shiftat6am-6pmonce fully trained and certified.
WhatYou’llDo
Run purifications systems under specific quality and engineering controls;
Perform decontamination of manufacturing equipment;
Sample, fill, and inspect final products.
Pull chemistry samples andsubmitto the lab for analysis;
Fill different sized canisters with chemistry and package as a finishedgood product;
Perform inspection of complete product to ensure proper quality standards;
Perform lab maintenance including PMs, ordering supplies,cleanupand waste disposal;
Ensure on-time delivery of low volume products from make to ship;
Propose and implement process improvements
Work with Engineers to run experiments, troubleshoot systems, create/update PMs andmaintainspare parts
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of sublimation,decon, valve building, harvesting,filland morph solids
Goodcommunicationskills, trainingexperienceand troubleshooting skills
The ability to keep up with daily production demands

OutstandingCandidatesWillHave
2+ years of experience in a technical field (chemical, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive)
High School Diploma or equivalentrequired; Associate degree in chemistry, process operations, or another technical field a plus
Previouschemical handling experience
Previousmanufacturing experience is a plus;
Knowledge of inventory management; SAP experience is a plus;
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45000;
Frequentlylift upto 50lbs and push up to 130lbs;
Flexible, able to rapidly respond to new situations and to perform multiple tasks;

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $23/hr-$27/hr, with pay commensurate on the candidate's experience.
