
The Engineering Technician I (Structural Detailer) position will involve assisting the lead Project Engineer in the development of structural drawings for substations and other miscellaneous structures in the electric utilities industry. Assignments will include creating detailed steel fabrication drawings, erection plans, foundation plan and detail drawings, and coordinating work with project team. Applicants should be detail oriented and be willing to learn structural steel and foundation detailing practices and all applicable AWS & AISC codes. Ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced learning environment, and/or possess some prior knowledge of structural detailing.
