You will be responsible for ensuring that the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in a resort are functioning properly. They play a crucial role in maintaining guest comfort and ensuring the Resort's energy efficiency.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment
• Ensure proper installation and calibration of HVAC equipment for optimal energy efficiency
• Monitor energy consumption of HVAC systems and recommend improvements for energy-saving practices
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of refrigerants, and ensure systems are functioning.
• Ensure HVAC systems are providing comfortable temperatures in guest rooms and public areas.

What We need from you:

• Some college or advanced vocational training
• Two years’ experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
• A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service
• Hospitality experience preferred
