  • Support development of work instructions, test procedures, and build documentation

  • Review and interpret 3D models and technical drawings

  • Contribute to process improvements in build, testing, and development workflows

  • Support multiple projects and travel as needed to assist field and engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

  • You take a hands-on approach to building and problem solving

  • You maintain high attention to detail and build quality

  • You follow technical processes while identifying ways to improve them

  • You communicate clearly with engineers and team members

  • You manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • You take ownership of your work and follow through to completion

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

  • 2–5+ years of experience in product development, lab technician, or similar technical role

  • Experience working with hand tools and fabrication equipment

  • Exposure to manufacturing processes and materials

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Basic understanding of product testing and validation processes

Preferred:
