The incumbent of this position performs as the driller in a geotechnical exploration crew and assists in the supervision of the crew while engaged in foundation investigations, borings, and field testing for proposed projects statewide.
The incumbent is required to possess the following specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as maintain the following licensing:
Possession of a high school diploma or GED; OR
Six months of experience in sub-professional engineering, heavy mobile equipment operation, or mobile equipment maintenance.
