What will you contribute?

Looking for a Support Expert / MOE Integration Specialist to strengthen our technical support team within a fast‑growing Fintech environment focused on treasury back‑office solutions You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of financial flows, managing system interfaces, handling advanced configuration, and supporting our clients’ treasury teams in their daily operations. .

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Advanced Technical Support (Level 2/3):

  • Handle escalated technical incidents related to treasury modules (cash management, forecasting, reconciliation, reporting).

  • Analyse logs, investigate anomalies, and diagnose issues affecting financial data, interfaces, or system performance.

  • Resolve incidents involving financial exchange formats (SWIFT, SEPA, EDI, XML, CSV) and integrations with ERP systems or banking platforms.

  • Identify root causes and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Configuration & Advanced Setup:

  • Configure treasury back‑office modules based on client requirements (account structures, workflows, consolidation rules, import/export formats).

  • Manage data mappings between internal systems, ERPs, banks, and third‑party tools.

Interface & Financial Flow Management:

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot inter‑application interfaces ERP, banking systems, payment platforms, accounting tools.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all financial exchanges.

  • Work on banking flows such as MT940, CAMT, PAIN, PACS, BAI2, and secure transfer protocols (SFTP, API, webservices).

Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Produce technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and best‑practice procedures.

  • Contribute to improving internal monitoring and diagnostic tools.

  • Support the upskilling of Level 1/2 support teams.

Required Profile:

  • Solid experience in advanced technical support, MOE, software integration, or application operations.

  • Comfortable with software configuration and multi‑system data flows.

  • SQL skills for analysing and correcting treasury‑related data.

  • Knowledge of financial exchange formats: SWIFT, SEPA, EDI, XML, JSON, CSV

  • Understanding of 3‑tier / n‑tier architectures, microservices, and cloud environments.

  • Experience in treasury, banking flows, or Fintech is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Rigorous, autonomous, and able to prioritise effectively.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to guide both internal teams and clients.

  • Comfortable working in a high‑stakes environment where financial flow reliability is critical
