Habilidades Técnicas:

Capacidad para analizar procesos y identificar áreas de mejora.

Conocimientos básicos en herramientas de software para la creación de manuales y procedimientos (Microsoft Office, etc.).

Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de calidad (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).

Habilidades blandas:

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes departamentos.

Atención al detalle y precisión en la redacción de instrucciones.

Proactividad y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.

Experiencia:

Experiencia previa en la creación o actualización de manuales de procedimientos será un plus.
