As an Engineering Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for completing basic testing, services, or troubleshooting of SEL products and processes in accordance with defined procedures under the direction of more experienced staff. The Manufacturing Automation team partners with our manufacturing facilities to design and implement custom solutions that enhance quality, improve ergonomics, and increase operational efficiency. Working closely with manufacturing engineers, assemblers, and supervisors, we develop solutions tailored to the unique needs of each production environment. Our projects span a wide range of complexity, from simple fixtures and tooling to advanced automated workstations and robotic systems.

Pay Range: $25.96 - $38.37 per hour (plus $2.50/hr shift differential)
We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at level I, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
Engineering Support Specialist I: $25.96 - $38.37 per hour
Engineering Support Specialist II: $28.04 - $41.43 per hour
Engineering Support Specialist III: $30.29 - $44.76 per hour
