Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Upkeep motor vehicle fleet
• Manage motor vehicle vendors
• Coordinate for regular preventive and corrective maintenance with drivers and vendors
• Inspect all maintenance works by vendors
• Track and enforce SLA service standards
• Conduct RFQ for ad-hoc repairs and provide evaluation to Technical Manager for approval
• To analyze and generate of vehicles reports or vehicle repair and maintenance cost
• Compliance with regulatory requirements eg road tax, COE, VPC, new vehicle purchase and disposal
• Accident Case and Insurance Claims
• To assist drivers on accident case such as provide video footage.
• To assist supervisor to check on quarterly insurance claim report.
• Arrange with drivers / supervisors and approved workshop for accident repair.
• Support with admin work

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in mechanical field (motor, chiller, refrigerator)
• Possess class 3 license to drive company vehicle for emergency offsite maintenance
