La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino is seeking an experienced and hands-on Engineering Supervisor (Mechanical) to lead and support our maintenance operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality engineering services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily hotel maintenance operations, ensuring all engineering services are performed efficiently, safely, and correctly the first time.

• Lead and support maintenance projects, including planning, scheduling, procurement of materials, and interdepartmental coordination.

• Train, guide, and support engineering team members through knowledge sharing, cross-training, and continuous development.

• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, guest concerns, and technical issues while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or engineering within a hospitality or similar environment.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset.

Languages:

• English (required)

• Dutch and/or Spanish (preferred)
