Production plant supporting

• Carry out plant preventive maintenance programs according the schedules.
• Lead a team of technicians for troubleshooting of machine breakdown.
• Coordinating with production to improve machines efficiency.
• Respond to equipment downtime emergencies if any.
• Execute inspection of critical equipment and investigate cause of failure for appropriate action/measure.
• Assign tasks for maintenance staffs according to the department workload.
• Ensure all maintenance technicians adhere to company rules & regulations at all time.
• Supervise all maintenance activities within assigned areas.
• Patrol the assigned work areas and examine equipment to detect unsafe conditions or violence of safety rules.
• Maintain a balanced stock of machine spare parts in the assigned areas..
• Provide training for maintenance technicians on troubleshooting of plant equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in mechanical or electrical.
• 2 or more years of experience in similar position required.
• Hands-on mechanical, electrical experience required.
• Knowledge of PLC, automation system is preferred.
• Familiar of GMP, HACCP standards are referred.
