Location: Worksop, S81 7AY
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 (37.5 hours)
Contract: Permanent Salary: £39,000 per annum

Help keep our engineering operation running smoothly by coordinating our critical stores, systems, and supplies.

About the Role

As our Engineering Stores Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring engineering stores are well‑managed, stocked, and compliant. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Hygiene, and Safety to keep operations flowing—supporting everything from SAP transactions and stock management to contractor coordination and audit readiness.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 
  Manage stock levels, supplier orders and SAP transactions.
• 
  Maintain calibration, compliance and food safety documentation.
• 
  Support audits, breakdowns and asset care processes.
• 
  Coordinate contractor set‑ups, bookings and courier activity.
• 
  Resolve stock issues, support supplier meetings and maintain improvement actions.
• 
  Attend daily/weekly engineering reviews and support meeting notes.
• 
  Assist with shutdown planning, RAMs, special orders and legal requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Strong communication skills.
• Proven experience coordinating and maintaining stocks in a stores environment.
• High proficiency in SAP.
• Training in DSEAR and COSHH.
• Strong financial administration skills including cost tracking and budget management.
