Job Posting Location

Bangkok• Troubleshoots and resolves network and security product issues in compliance with SLA, coordinating with vendors, outsource teams, and customers to ensure timely incident closure.
• Supports onsite and remote operations by managing outsource teams, performing configuration changes, executing software upgrades, and guiding Tier 1 engineers.
• Ensures clear communication and governance through proper case escalation, documentation, incident reporting, and preparation of change request action plans.

  • Diagnose and troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to network and security products in compliance with SLA.
  • Coordinate with vendors, outsource teams, and customers to resolve technical problems.
  • Manage and support outsourcing teams for onsite services and provide remote access support.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute software upgrades.
  • Implement configuration changes (add, remove, or modify) as required.
  • Collaborate with 1st Tier Engineers to collect case details and provide guidance.
  • Escalate and update cases to management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare case-related documentation, including incident reports and change request action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Firewall, LAN networking, Cybersecurity and related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of network and security products such as Internet, MPLS, VPN, LAN/Wireless LAN, Firewall, and SD-WAN
  • Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity IPS/IDS, EDR, XDR, SASE ATP, DLP, DDOS Protection, Web Application Firewall, SIEM and their troubleshooting methods
  • Understand Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK, PDPA and ISO27001
  • Excellent hardware troubleshooting and network diagnostic skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Aruba, Huawei, Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Strata/Prisma products.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and perform under pressure.
  • Ability to support on-call duties and perform work outside normal business hours to meet SLA and customer requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Good command of English communication (both written and spoken).
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Fortinet FCP/FCSS, PCNSA, PCNSE SECURITY+, CySA+, CEH, CISA, or CISSP are an advantage
