Bangkok1. The Microsoft 365 & Azure Cloud Administrator is responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing Microsoft cloud environments.
2. This role ensures reliable operation of Microsoft 365 services and Azure infrastructure while supporting security and compliance requirements.
3. The position works closely with internal teams and customers to deliver stable, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Configure mail flow rules, security policies, retention policies, and compliance settings.
• Monitor system health, service usage, audit logs, and activity alerts via Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Monitor.
• Implement and enforce security controls such as DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender tools.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure-related issues.
• Manage Azure resources including computer, storage, networking, security, and identity services.
• Support change management, automation, backup, recovery, reporting, and hybrid cloud operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Microsoft 365 and Azure).
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
• Experience managing Azure services such as VMs, networking, storage, security, and monitoring tools.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent.
• Experience with migrations to Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, file servers).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
