Summary Responsible for assisting engineers with various tasks required in the production of robotic palletizing systems (and associated automated equipment).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with creation of manuals and other documentation
- Create electronic manuals in pdf format using editing software (Foxit) from completed drawings (AutoCAD and Inventor).
- Gather and include comprehensive subcomponent/OEM content in manuals.
- Update manuals to incorporate modifications from all retrofits, as needed.
- Update D365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with manuals submittal date.
- Monitor Robot Notifications and update User Manuals, as needed.
- Assist with project-related documentation, organization, and database upkeep
- Prepare new project folders and compile associated documentation for each system.
- Create top level Item Masters and Product Structures for use in Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Update D365 CRM equipment records with necessary engineering information. Document equipment serial numbers in D365 CRM.
- Document test product upon arrival. Compare to Sales documentation and communicate differences.
- Using information from Sales and Engineering documentation to complete a case study at the end of projects
- Tracking Engineering project hours
- Work with Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Designers to facilitate completion of redlines from the shop and field service
- Assists Engineering Staff with administrative duties:
- Collect data sheets for missing parts in the system
- Publish a pdf copy of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and send for engineering review weekly
- Prepare customer specification reviews in Foxit PDF Editor
- Correct existing item masters for consistency
- Printing drawing packages and delivering to shop
- Saving quotes to VaultTool (ERP portal) for part numbers
- Contributes to team effort
- Willing to attempt new assignments; accomplishes other duties as assigned

Education and/or

Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates degree preferred
- 3-5 years professional experience
