Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:

As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering activities aimed at creating effective technical solutions that address various challenges and meet organizational goals. The role requires engaging with multiple facets of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. This position demands a collaborative approach to problem-solving, integrating scientific principles, socio-economic considerations, and practical expertise to ensure successful project outcomes and continuous improvement within the engineering domain.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with business objectives.
• Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and methodologies to enhance engineering effectiveness.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of structural and stress analysis principles relevant to aircraft components.
• Experience with configuration management and technical documentation standards.
• Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic knowledge to engineering problem-solving.
• Familiarity with qualification and certification processes within the aerospace industry.
• Competence in using engineering tools and software to support design and analysis activities.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Manufacturing.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
