Project Role : Engineering Services Lead
Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding and coordinating a team of engineers to develop innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires overseeing the timely delivery of engineering projects while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. The position involves collaboration across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. Additionally, the role includes managing project resources effectively to ensure successful completion of engineering and construction initiatives, fostering a productive and cohesive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of engineering efforts.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers to support their professional growth and development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structural Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of structural mechanics and stress analysis principles.
- Experience with finite element analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to aircraft structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on technical innovation and practical application.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aircraft Structural Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
