Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a adhesives product distributor in their search for a Engineering Sales Representativebased in Alabang

Salary Range ₱40,000 - ₱60,000

Work Setup Onsite

Shift Schedule Day Shift

Location Alabang City

Your Responsibilities:

• Achieve budgeted sales target and profit based on company direction.
• Represent company in defined markets i.e. OEM (General Industry, Electronics Industry and Allied Industries), EMS.
• Explore and capture new business opportunities in assigned territory
• Manage existing accounts in assigned territory
• Analyze and anticipate competitors’ activities in assigned territory
• Engage in both commercial and technical requirements of customers
• Collaborate with regional teams on sales, technical, quality and supply related concerns

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical)
• Minimum of 3-years’ sales experience in specialty chemicals in electronics and/or industrial markets – with adhesive and dispensing system background a plus
• Account management skills is a plus
• Preferably with presentation, selling and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented and committed to target achievement
• Can work under pressure
• Good command of English language in both verbal and written
• Good personality, Sales-motivated and Service-minded
• Good computer skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point), E-mail and Internet
• Can work independently and a team player
• Has own car and with valid driver’s license
