Your New Role
As Engineering Responsible for Automatic Visual Inspection (AVI), you will play a key role in supporting and optimising our inspection equipment within Drug Product Manufacturing. You will take ownership of ensuring stable operations while driving continuous improvements across both vision systems and mechanical performance.
Working closely with production, quality assurance, and technical stakeholders, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of product quality, equipment reliability, and regulatory compliance. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with process optimisation in a highly automated production environment.

Your New Department
You will join Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM) in Kalundborg, where approximately 520 dedicated colleagues work together to transform Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into finished products used by patients around the world.
Our production processes include environmental control, washing and sterilisation, preparation, aseptic filling, lyophilisation, and visual inspection. Within this setup, you will become part of a specialised visual inspection support team consisting of seven highly skilled colleagues who share a strong commitment to operational excellence, technical collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Together, the team plays an important role in ensuring reliable inspection processes that safeguard product quality and support Novo Nordisk's commitment to delivering medicines patients can trust.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have a strong technical foundation and enjoy working with complex automated equipment in a regulated production environment. You are curious by nature, driven to solve problems, and motivated by improving technical performance through collaboration and innovation.

Experience with Automatic Visual Inspection systems, machine vision technologies, validation activities, or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes will be considered an advantage.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 to 838,100 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
