Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for Engineering Railway Systems Roles in Bangkok office.

This is your role. What part will you play?

We are expanding our engineering team and are looking for talented and passionate Engineers with experience in Railway Systems, particularly in:

System Design & Engineering

  • Design and develop integrated railway systems, including SCADA, signalling (SIG), telecom, and secure network architecture
  • Prepare technical specifications, system architecture, and interface design documents
  • Ensure compliance with railway standards, safety regulations, and cybersecurity frameworks

SCADA Systems

  • Configure, integrate, and maintain SCADA systems for railway operations
  • Monitor real-time data for power supply, traction systems, and infrastructure control
  • Troubleshoot SCADA-related issues and optimize system performance

Network Security

  • Design and implement secure network infrastructure for railway systems
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and security audits
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards
  • Monitor network traffic and respond to potential threats or incidents

Telecommunications Systems

  • Design and maintain railway communication systems such as:
  • Radio systems
  • CCTV systems
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of communication networks

Signalling (SIG) Systems

  • Support design, testing, and commissioning of signalling systems
  • Ensure safety and operational integrity of train control systems
  • Conduct system integration testing and validation

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Primavera P6 and solid knowledge of core project management principles are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with railway systems (e.g., signaling, communications etc) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken), with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and to lead by influence.
