Engineering Projects Execution Manager (Fixed Term – 2 Years)

Your Mission

  • As a result of our rapid growth, you will play an important role in Operations.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of our chocolate factory construction project.

What you will do

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of the chocolate factory construction project in line with scope, budget, timeline, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Coordinate all architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and utilities designs, ensuring fit-for-purpose and compliant technical solutions.
  • Manage CAPEX processes, including budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, approvals, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the main interface with Group teams, ensuring alignment with global engineering standards and transparent progress reporting.
  • Coordinate and manage external partners such as designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
  • Define technical requirements and support procurement and tender processes, including bid evaluations and collaboration with Purchasing and Legal teams for contract preparation.
  • Ensure that factory design and construction activities are aligned with sustainability principles, energy efficiency targets, and environmental best practices.
  • Coordinate sustainability-related requirements, including LEED Silver (or equivalent) certification criteria, during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Work closely with designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure that materials, utilities, building systems, and construction methods support sustainability and certification objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with engineering standards, HSE regulations, quality systems, and local legislation during all project phases.
  • Closely monitor on-site execution, proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and take corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Lead installation, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure operational readiness and successful project completion.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports covering progress, financials, risks, and key milestones to senior management and Group stakeholders.

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related disciplines).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in engineering project execution, preferably including factory construction or large industrial CAPEX investments.
  • Proven experience in project management, including budget, cash flow, and contractor management.
  • Experience in FMCG and/or multinational manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with sustainable industrial or building projects, including exposure to LEED Silver certification (or equivalent green building standards), is a strong asset.
  • Solid understanding of construction works, utilities, production environments, and industrial engineering standards.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix and international organisation.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for effective communication with Group and global teams.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by the project.
  • Location is in Tire, İzmir
