About the role

To conduct the inspections throughout the production units to operate with maximum efficiency regarding the latest legislations. Together with the audits, need to plan and initiate the investments and renovations including the budget proposals, reporting the actual cash out and perform the financial calculations to predict the year end cash out targets. The candidate shall also pursue the latest technologies regarding the sustainability and efficiency projects to reach 2030 sustainability targets of Diageo Türkiye and conduct the site activities by complying the Global Engineering Standards.

The main responsibilities are;

  • To plan and conduct projects for the production sites regarding sustainability, efficiency and maintain current operations.

  • Regarding the utilities and the production of all sites, gather investment projects, sort regarding the project group and detail, form the investment budget and pursue the approval stages

  • Regarding the approved investment budget, form the time plan, coordinate the plant stakeholders, conduct the necessary milestones, report the cash outs and actual risk and opportunities to meet the timetable.

  • Throughout the project stages, plan site visits, determine the problems, find out solutions or escalate, form the payment terms, report the site visit actions

  • Bu using SAP IM Module, revise the investment to do list with invoices and cash out numbers, monthly report to finance, both actuals and latest estimate year end numbers.

  • Coordinate plant maintenance and project managers for take over & hand over processes, sustain the investment for beneficial use

  • Fully comply with Diageo Global Engineering Standards, investigate the deficiencies, renovate the procedures to fulfil the compliance necessities.

  • Regarding the business strategies, form the necessary predictions to invest the projects.

  • Comply with Diageo Türkiye quality system and HSE standards and sustain project initials and technical specifications accordingly.

What we are looking for;

  • University degree in engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience
  • Good knowledge of production processes
  • Experience in FMCG sector and a multinational environment is an asset
  • Up-to-date knowledge on technology
  • Strong analytical, process and interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient and flexible attitude
  • Good team leader and team player
  • Good command of English
  • No travel restriction
