Coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives to optimize business processes and improve performance for commercial customers. Assist in data gathering and tracking for 2026 business planning activities specific to the FPI organization.
  • Organizational Governance & Operational Excellence: Support organizational governance, the rhythm of the business, and strategic planning to ensure consistency and operational efficiency across FPI and wider VC&M teams. Help identify gaps within departments, streamline communication, and maintain organizational reporting. Assist in tracking cost reduction, complexity reduction, and waste initiatives. Maintain dashboards and tracking tools for FPI strategic initiatives, Business Plan inputs, and funding strategies.
  • Program Management & Cross-functional Collaboration: Manage key workstreams and strategic projects from initiation to completion, providing essential project management and change management support. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to document, develop, and implement new processes and procedures. Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions to align teams on strategic priorities. Support the tracking and coordination of the Ford Pro Intelligence Product Roadmap alignment.
  • Executive Support & Communication: Act as a communication liaison between internal teams (e.g., FPI Leadership, VC&M Functional Leaders, Ford Pro Business Office, Digital Product, Vehicle Programs, TPMs, EMs). Support corporate governance by assisting with meeting planning, agenda setting, note-taking, and tracking execution of action items. Distill discussions from team meetings into clear summaries and help prepare compelling presentations and reports for senior leadership. Assist in the preparation of materials for senior leadership and Board of Directors meetings. Manage daily/weekly project tasks, including ad-hoc assignments and confidential special requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of work experience, relevant certifications, and training.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in program management, business operations, corporate strategy support, or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of the Ford ecosystem; experience in the commercial automotive industry, fleet management software, or Ford Pro is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience utilizing project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assist in financial tracking and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to various levels of the organization.
