Job Description

Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, extraordinary people gather to do their best work and craft products and experiences that redefine industry standards. Our SAP team, a vital part of Apple’s Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization, builds and manages the enterprise systems that power customer ordering, payment processing, fulfillment, and services worldwide. By collaborating across business functions like Retail, Operations, Services, AppleCare, and Finance, we ensure our global customers receive a seamless, world-class experience.
We are seeking an SAP Engineering Project Manager to lead the execution of complex enterprise solutions for our Operations and Service Management domains. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical design, working closely with global, cross-functional teams in a highly customized, high-scale environment. If you are passionate about system architecture, enterprise integration, and driving technology projects from conception to completion, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

As an SAP Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and integration of robust enterprise solutions that support Apple’s global supply chain and operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure technical specifications on the SAP platform. Your efforts will ensure high-performing, end-to-end process integrations across a highly integrated global landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing and utilizing test automation frameworks and tools to streamline regression and performance testing.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) operations and diverse industry platforms (such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or proprietary in-house builds).
Experience developing custom solutions using Python, Java, JavaScript, or the Cloud Application Programming (CAP) framework on SAP BTP.
Experience identifying and implementing Generative AI use cases and applications within an enterprise SAP ecosystem.
Experience leading technical scalability discussions, capacity planning, and risk mitigation for high-volume operational events.
Experience fostering collaboration across business, engineering, and partner organizations to align on shared technical roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent practical experience in supply chain management.
Experience serving in SAP techno-functional roles or technical project leadership positions (typically 12+ years of experience).
Experience with hands-on system configuration in SAP Logistics modules (such as MM, SD, LE, WM, EWM, TMS, EM, SM, or APO/gATP/aATP).
Experience designing and delivering SAP techno-functional solutions in Service Management, Supply Chain Management, or Operations domains for B2B or consumer-facing environments.
Experience customizing, developing customization frameworks, and building end-to-end integrations within SAP Core and S/4HANA environments.
Experience managing complex, end-to-end global enterprise projects, including leading technical workshops, establishing partner integrations, and coordinating worldwide system cutovers.
Experience building and deploying integrations and applications utilizing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAPUI5, and data integration technologies (such as iDocs, EDI, APIs, XML, BAPI, RFC, ODATA, or SOAP/REST).
Experience conducting code walkthroughs and debugging in ABAP and Java.
Experience applying performance engineering principles to optimize system throughput, response times, and performance testing.
Experience analyzing and implementing security and encryption requirements for PII/PIC data handling.
