Engineering Project Managers manage and coordinate all Engineering project activities from quotation to production phase. They are the technical lead of an international development team and the central point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders. They maintain Engineering timing to meet customer key milestones, document project progress according to the Automotive SPICE development process, and ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
General and Task Management
• Manage and coordinate all Engineering project activities from quotation to production phase
• Act as the technical lead of an international development team
• Serve as the central point of contact for both the customer and internal stakeholders
• Maintain Engineering timing to meet customer key milestones
• Document the project’s progress according to Automotive SPICE development process
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Knowledge & Skills
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or comparable
• Several years’ experience in project management in Automotive industry
• Expertise in System Development and Functional Safety
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural competency
• Fluent English and Italian language skills
The salary level for the position is set at level B3 according to the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Private Metalworking Industry, with an initial yearly gross salary of €55.000; the compensation package will be based on the provisions of the CCNL for the Private Metalworking Industry. The actual salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
