• 端到端项目管理 : 负责产品研发全生命周期（特别是硬件开发各阶段：EVT/DVT/PVT）的管理，制定详细的项目计划、里程碑、关键路径及交付时间表。
• 技术协同与沟通: 依托自身硬件背景，充当硬件、固件、软件、外部合作伙伴及供应商等团队之间的桥梁，高效对齐技术方案，消除部门壁垒。
• 风险与问题管理: 运用硬件研发经验，敏锐识别项目在原理图设计、PCB布局、器件选型及打样测试中的潜在技术风险，并推动落实缓解措施。
• 资源与成本控制: 优化项目资源配置（如FTE规划），监控研发预算与材料成本（BOM），确保项目高性价比交付。
• 进度汇报与跟进: 定期向高层管理人员及合作伙伴汇报项目进度、关键技术痛点及解决方案。

As an Engineering Project Manager (EPM), you will lead and coordinate cross-functional R&D teams (including Hardware, Firmware, Systems Engineering and external suppliers) to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical projects from concept to mass production. This role strictly requires a solid background in hardware R&D. You must be able to deeply engage in technical discussions, anticipate engineering risks, and drive project milestones while meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.

• End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full product development lifecycle, specifically driving hardware development phases (EVT, DVT, PVT). Establish detailed project plans, milestones, critical paths, and delivery schedules.
• Technical Alignment & Coordination: Leverage your hardware engineering background to bridge communication between Hardware (HW), Firmware (FW), Systems/Software (SE) teams and external partners/suppliers, ensuring technical alignment and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential technical risks in schematic design, PCB layout, component selection, and prototype testing. Lead the team to implement effective mitigation plans and resolve engineering blockers quickly.
• Resource & Cost Control: Optimize project resource allocation (including FTE planning), monitor R&D budgets, and track Bill of Materials (BOM) costs to ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear project status reports to senior management and external partners/clients, highlighting key milestones, technical challenges, and proposed solutions.

• 项目经验: 拥有 1-2年 在电子、硬件或软硬件结合行业的项目管理（PM/EPM）经验，有成功推动产品量产（NPI）经验者优先。
• 技术理解力: 能够流畅地与硬件、固件（FW）和系统软件（SE）工程师进行深度技术对话，看懂技术方案和规格书。
• 语言能力: 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力，能够流畅地撰写英文业务邮件或进行跨国项目对接。
• 软实力: 极强的团队协作能力、危机处理能力和抗压能力，逻辑思维及结构化表达能力优秀。

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
• Core Engineering Experience: Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Hardware R&D Engineer, with strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, PCB layouts, component selection, and hardware testing.
• Project Management Experience: 3–5 years of project management (PM/EPM) experience in electronics, smart devices, or integrated hardware/software products. Proven experience in driving products through New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production is highly preferred.
• Technical Depth: Ability to communicate fluently with HW, FW, and SE teams at a deep technical level and confidently interpret technical specifications and architecture.
• Language Skills: Strong professional English communication skills (both written and verbal) for drafting business emails and collaborating with multinational teams or global clients.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional teamwork, crisis management, and stress-tolerance skills, combined with sharp analytical and structured thinking.
