Could you be the full-time Electrical Engineering Project Lead in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and multi-disciplinary teammates.
You'll lead the delivery of all electrical engineering scope for our projects, ensuring alignment with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, manufacturing, and suppliers), manage interfaces across international engineering sites (e.g., France, India), and ensure timely issuance of project documentation, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of planning and executing electrical engineering deliverables, but also drive stakeholder alignment and risk awareness for smooth project execution.
We’ll look to you for:
Providing leadership to the electrical engineering project team
Ensuring on-time delivery of all electrical scope in line with agreed QCD targets
Taking full ownership of electrical engineering deliverables, including planning and execution
Coordinating and managing interfaces across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
Driving stakeholder management across international engineering sites
Ensuring effective project execution through structured planning and risk management

Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering) or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including technical expertise and team leadership responsibilities
Experience in project management with a structured and self-organized approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in cross-functional and international environments
Good understanding of electrical engineering, ideally in the railway, automotive, or similar industries
Experience with train systems, functions, and industrialization processes (e.g., cable harness design and manufacturing) is a plus
Knowledge of CAD design tools is a plus
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
