The Opportunity

Lead major automation projects from our Perth office and help shape the future of Australian industry.

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join Alliance Automation's growing Perth team. Working across Mining & Resources, Energy, Infrastructure and Heavy Industry, you'll lead the safe, profitable and successful delivery of complex automation and control systems projects for some of Western Australia's leading industrial operators.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of project outcomes, build strong client relationships, mentor engineering teams and drive commercial performance. You'll be supported by a business that values expertise, backs its people and invests in long-term career growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading projects from scope development through to commissioning
  • Managing project budgets, schedules, resources and commercial outcomes
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams to successful project delivery
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
  • Driving a strong HSEQ and continuous improvement culture

  • Proven experience managing engineering or automation projects
  • A solution focused attitude and growth mindset
  • Strong commercial, planning and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within Mining, Resources, Energy, Water or Heavy Industry
