Engineering Project Manager

The Opportunity

The Engineering Project Manager leads the planning and execution of engineering-driven mission critical projects. This role ensures scope, schedule, budget, and technical requirements are aligned while coordinating cross-functional teams from design through delivery.

What you will do?

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate engineering activities across mechanical, electrical, and controls teams
• Track project progress and manage risks and change
• Lead stakeholder communication and reporting
• Support technical reviews and decision-making
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance requirements
• Drive process improvements and execution efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Strong project management and engineering background
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 7+ years of experience in engineering project management

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred
• Experience delivering mission critical or high-reliability projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
