We are looking for a talented Project Manager in to join our dynamic team at one of the largest P&G factories in the world, located in Novomoskovsk, Tula Region.
You will play a vital role in optimizing production and logistics processes, performing a wide range of tasks:
Monitoring production and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Developing, evaluating, and implementing technical solutions for the automation and digitalization of production processes.
Designing, procuring, and implementing new technological equipment to meet production needs and improve productivity.
Collaborating with other departments and P&G factories worldwide to replicate best practices and systems.
Analyzing the market for modern technologies in the field of production automation and interacting with suppliers and integrators.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary starting from 200 000 rubles gross
Annual bonus
Relocation and housing support (22 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications
Requirements:
Higher education, preferably in a technical field.
Relevant experience in project management in a manufacturing environment for at least 2 years.
Experience in implementing projects focused on optimization and automation of production.
Ready forrelocation to Novomoskovsk (Tula region)
Good command ofEnglish(Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
Strong communication skills, leadership and analytical capabilities
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
