Job Description

At Apple Ads, we help advertisers grow their businesses while helping people discover the products and experiences they're looking for.

Our technology powers ads and sponsorships across several Apple services, including the App Store, Apple News, Apple Maps, and Apple TV. Everything we do is grounded in trust, connection, and impact. We respect our users' privacy, integrate advertising thoughtfully into the Apple experience, and deliver value for advertisers of all sizes — from small app developers to global brands.

The Apple Ads Demand Team is seeking a seasoned Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to oversee critical ads initiatives across Apple Services, focusing on improving the advertiser and user experience and delivering measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will lead project planning, prioritization, and execution of large engineering initiatives that are critical to business growth. You'll collaborate with other EPM, engineering, and product teams to define technical requirements and dependencies, and to deliver key milestones. You'll ensure resiliency and stability of your projects by proactively identifying risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies, and driving issues to closure. With strong communication skills, you'll keep stakeholders informed on project progress and key updates, ensuring alignment with business priorities. You'll drive quarterly planning, ensuring alignment between your program goals, dependent teams, and overall organizational objectives. Understanding that project delivery is a team effort, you will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and dependent teams.
