Job Description

As an Engineering Policies, Standards and Guidelines Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining the engineering policies and standards that govern our project deliveries. Your expertise will ensure that our engineering practices are not only compliant with local and international regulations but also align with industry best practices. You will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and updating various engineering policies and guidelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking compliance to ensure the highest quality standards in all our engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineering policies, standards, and guidelines in alignment with project requirements and industry benchmarks.
• Conduct research and analysis on best practices in engineering to continuously improve policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate updates and gather feedback on policies.
• Review and incorporate government regulations and international guidelines into our engineering practices.
• Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to promote policy awareness and compliance.
• Track and report on compliance with established engineering policies and standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering standards and policy development.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, codes, and standards.
• Proficient in technical writing and documentation.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
