Job Description

Working alongside the Director of Engineering at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a painter who will be responsible for delivering detail-oriented and finishing work throughout the hotel, ensuring all surfaces meet aesthetic standards.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the building, physical plant, and engineering facilities of the Property
  • Respond and correct any deficiency with regards to hotel guest rooms or any area in the hotel in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a neat, organized and safe department at all times

General Requirements

  • Repair drywall from cutting, patching, sanding, and paint to match adjacent area
  • Touch up base board, crown moulding, and trim
  • Touch up and refinish varnished furniture
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
